Shipping Policy

At Majestic Beef, LLC, we strive to deliver your orders safely and promptly while maintaining the highest quality and freshness. All meat products are vacuum sealed to ensure freshness.

Please read our shipping guidelines carefully:

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically begin processing within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary for large orders such as Whole or Half Cows. Allow 3 to 4 weeks before delivery.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship all orders using refrigerated/temperature-controlled UPS or FedEx services to ensure meat safety. Shipping options include: Standard, Expedited, and Overnight Shipping. Other carriers may be used for large or specialized orders.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination. Due to the size and weight of Whole (~400 lbs), Half (~200 lbs), and Quarter (~100 lbs) Cows, additional handling fees may apply. Free shipping may apply on specific promotions.

A deposit is taken when an order is placed. Cancellations of orders can be made prior to shipping subject to a fifty percent cancellation fee. All remaining balances are due once final weight is determined and prior to shipping.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after meat is package for standard shipping. Expedited or overnight options are available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. All products are shipped frozen with dry ice.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

6. Handling & Temperature Control

All beef is vacuum sealed and shipped frozen in insulated in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging to maintain quality during transit. Please unpack immediately upon delivery and store in a freezer at 18°F (0°C) or below.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is limited to validated addresses or locations that can safely receive refrigerated shipments.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Thawed Items

All FedEx shipments are insured to the value of the order placed. In the event meat deliveries are delayed and meat is spoiled an insurance claim can be filed, to refund the customer and a new order can be placed. If your order arrives damaged, lost, or thawed, please contact us immediately at info@majesticbeef.com or (903) 355-6300. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
