Cancellations of orders can be made prior to shipping subject to a fifty percent cancellation fee. Once an order has entered shipping, it cannot be cancelled. A deposit is taken when an order is placed.
Refunds are available if the product arrives damaged, thawed, or unsafe. All FedEx shipments are insured to the value of the order placed.
In the event meat deliveries are delayed and meat is spoiled an insurance claim can be filed, to refund the customer and a new order can be placed. If an order is incorrectly fulfilled, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Proof of issue, such as photos, must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Orders delivered in good condition are not eligible for refunds. Customer dissatisfaction due to taste or portion size is not eligible unless it is due to a packing or shipping error.
